Message: A very professional and reliable service. Don't let the repairman's appearance fool you. He looks more like a Hawaiian surfer from Maui. But he is the most knowledgeable and hard working man. He immediately recognized the problem and explain what was wrong. He didn't have the parts but would order them right away. A few days later the parts came in and the office gave me a call. However I had to leave town and asked to reschedule. They said fine and they would call me in two days. They did call and I have to reschedule again. They kept in touch with me until I was able to return. When the repair man came the washer was full of water. He bucketed out at least 5 buckets full of water. then 30 minutes later the machine was working fine. They are the best.

Message: Vincent is very knowledgeable in appliance repair. He was quick to respond. There is a part in this model of Whirlpool Refrigerators that is a manufacturer defect. He got the refrigerator cooling until he could order the part. The part came in quickly and he was back immediately to replace the part. He is a fast worker and got my refrigerator working like new again. I highly recommend Yasania’s appliances.

Message: The most honest upfront customer service I’ve dealt with in years. Very reasonable priced. Gave me many options. My washers 10 years old it is the first time I’ve had a service rep out for this washer. He didn’t just go in for a big repair. I would fully recommend this company. Not just for the price. It was very reasonable. But for the customer service in the work they do. I would definitely use this company again and will keep their name upfront.

And it’s all under warranty! (Yasania was my first choice anyway but they’re actually the authorized repair company for GE warranty work! ).
